gathering with an honest kitchen

I met Kathryn & Lucy of An Honest Kitchen this year and have worked with them in designing their current magazine - Seasonal Desserts. I loved their whole approach to presenting food in an honest setting - where food is plated and photographed truthfully in a real kitchen before being devoured by family and friends - the people they love to feed.

Lucinda Dodds illustrated these with her glorious photographs all captured in film. Whilst Kathryn Elliott, food writer and nutritionist composes delectable stories and recipes made up of ingredients that improve health and are served in realistic portions. Food with all its beautiful imperfections.

This small gathering was our way to celebrate new friendships and milestone achieved in 2012.
